NOVEMBER CHALLENGE:

Try to collect 100 reps of each of the five exercises listed below throughout the month of November.  You don’t need to do 100 in a row, just try to do a few reps each day so by the end of the month you hit 100 reps on as many exercises as you can! A perfect score is 500!

WEDNESDAY CALISTHENICS

This class is a bodyweight workout focusing on technique used for specific calisthenics movements including the pushup, the hollow body, and many other fun variations.
