This program is for anyone starting their Calisthenics journey! If you are working towards your first push-up or pull-up, or maybe you have one or two but want more, this program is for you!

This program will teach you the building blocks you need to master all of the basic body weight skills including planks, push-ups, leg lifts, dips and pull-ups! The program is designed for you to progress by first learning the positions, then challenging your body a little more each week to build strength and unlock those bigger skills. Each person is unique, so how long it will take to develop these skills will be different for everyone. One thing is for sure, if you stay consistent you will get there!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do I need to know some calisthenics already to do this program?
Absolutely not! This program is meant for anyone who is starting their calisthenics or bodyweight training journey. It will provide you with exercises to build your strength and technique for achieving all of the calisthenics staples incliding the push-up, pull-up, toe to bar, dips and more. That being said, it may take you working through the program more than once to unlock some of the skills that are the most challenging for you.
Can I get coaching during the program?
You sure can! For an extra fee you can have me coach your workouts via zoom, or do check-in calls on a weekly basis.
What equipment will I need?
- You will need access to a pull-up bar or rings, dip bars and a mat – these can be at a gym or park.
- A long loop band will be used for some conditioning exercises.
How long are the workouts?
There are two workouts per week that are approximately 30 minutes (including warmup and cooldown). These may take more or less time depending if you want longer breaks between exercises.
