HOW TO REGISTER

1. Click ‘Book Now’ on the date and time of your choice.

2. Enter your name and contact information.

3. IMPORTANT: Send an e-transfer for each class
to joannegalliganfitness@gmail.com to secure your spot.
5-Week Session $160  |  Drop-In Class: $35

✅  You’ll receive an email confirming your spot is booked!
(check your junk folder if you don’t see it)

CANCELLATIONS: You can use your confirmation email link to also cancel your class. Please cancel more than 48 hours in advance to avoid being charged. If you cancel on time please email me to issue your refund. WHAT TO WEAR: Stretchy clothing works best.  It’s recommended to wear tights or pants that cover the backs of your knees, and to have a long sleeve shirt available in case necessary. Remove all jewellery before starting class.
