This program is for anyone starting their strength training journey who is looking to feel stronger and learn new skills! Working towards your first push-up or pull-up? Or maybe you have one or two of each but want more? This program is for you.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do I need to already be doing a workout program to take part in this program?

Absolutely not! This program is meant for anyone who is getting started in bodyweight strength training.  All you need to do is show up, do your best and stay consistent.

What level should I choose? Basics One or Two?

Complete beginners should choose Basics One. It will start slowly and help build the strength foundation and the skills you need to build towards things like your push-ups.

Basics Two is great for anyone who might have one or two push-ups but is looking to continue to build their strength. It’s more challenging than Basics one, but they both cover all the different calisthenics skills.

Can I get coaching during the program?

You sure can! The Calisthenics Basics training group includes feedback through the Facebook group, where you will upload one video from each workout for me to review.  If you feel like you want more support you can sign up for the Coaching Supplement, where you will receive unlimited feedback on your workout videos as well as regular Zoom check-in calls.

What equipment will I need?

You will need access to:

  • A yoga or gym mat
  • A small loop band for warmup and core conditioning
  • Dip bars (at a gym or park) or two chairs
  • Pull-Up bar (at a gym or park) or gymnastics rings
  • A box or steps
How long are the workouts?

There are two self guided workouts per week that are approximately 45 minutes long (including warmup and cooldown). These may take more or less time depending if you want longer breaks between exercises than prescribed.
