FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do I need to have a Pull-Up already to do this program?

Absolutely not! This program is meant for anyone who is starting their pull-up journey. It will provide you with exercises to build your strength and technique for achieving your first pull-up.  That being said, it may take you working through the program more than once to unlock your pull-up. 

Can I get coaching during the program?

You sure can! If you register for the “Pull-Up Training Group” you will receive coaching and feedback at the end of each week. You will need to film your exercises so you can share your videos with me every week.

What equipment will I need?
  • You will need access to a pullup bar – this can be a home pullup bar, or a bar at a gym or park.
  • A small loop band will be used for a conditioning set in each workout.
How long are the workouts?

There are three workouts per week that are approximately 35 – 40 minutes (including warmup and cooldown). These may take more or less time depending if you want longer breaks between exercises.
