It’s time to take on those fitness goals!  Join the New Years Kick Start to get three weeks of FREE workouts, and the support you need to stay committed.

This is a beginner friendly program to develop your strength basics, and get you building a foundation for bigger skills down the road (like push-ups and pull-ups 🎉).  

YOU’LL HAVE ACCESS TO THE WORKOUTS STARTING JANUARY 1, 2023

WHAT YOU GET:
✅ 3 weeks x 3 workouts per week (approx. 30 min each)
✅ Demo videos to explain each exercise
✅ You complete the workouts on your own time!
✅ FB Training group to ask questions, and receive support
ME as your cheerleader! 

NOTE: If you have access to a pull-up bar there are options to use it, but if not an alternate exercise is available.  Otherwise you don’t really need any equipment.
