It’s that time again….January Challenge!
EXERCISES: Pushup + Floorjack + Airplane
(the combination of the three exercises equals on rep, or if you prefer do all of your reps of one exercise before moving on to the next!).
On the 1st of the month do ONE rep, one the second do TWO reps and so on until we reach 31 reps on the last day of the month!
