LET’S GET THOSE

PULL-UP!

You’ve taken the first step to unlocking your pull-ups!  Your training program will be available to view HERE so you can look it over before you get started.

You will receive an email confirming your username and password for the site…if you don’t see this in your inbox check your junk mail just in case!

Here are a couple things you can do to prepare for the training group….

STEP ONE:
Join the Facebook Training Group where I will be posting coaching videos and tips to help you as you train.  You’ll also be able to share your training videos here for feedback. 

STEP TWO:
If you haven’t already, please sign a Waiver

STEP THREE:
Ensure you have all the equipment you will need to get started:

  • Access to a Pull-up bar: This can be a doorframe pull-up bar you set up at home, or you can use an outdoor park.
  • Chair / box: Many of your bar drills will require you to set your feet on a box or chair to assist you.  If you are working at an outdoor park you can also use a low bar if a box isn’t available.
  • Small Loop Band 
  • Dowel / Broomstick or a long band
