ALRIGHT, HERE WE GO!
YOUR CALISTHENICS BASICS PROGRAM BEGINS THE WEEK OF:
You’ve taken the first step on your strength training journey! Your training program will be available to you view right away so you’ll be ready to get started the week of October 24th. You can click on the login page in the menu to access your course.
Here are a couple things you can do to prepare for the training group….
Join the Facebook Training Group where I will be posting coaching videos and tips to help you as you train. You’ll also be able to share your training videos here for feedback.
If you haven’t already, please sign a Waiver
Ensure you have all the equipment you will need to get started:
- Yoga mat or gym mat
- Box or step for leg exercises
- A Pull-up bar (one high, one low) or Gymnastics Rings / TRX: This can be at a gym, or set up at an outdoor calisthenics park. The lower bar is for rows if you don’t have rings or a TRX.
- Dip bars, two chairs or two boxes: For work doing dips.
- Light weight Loop Band like one of these
