DESCRIPTION
FLIP, SPIN & FLY
Harness work is as close to flying as you will get! This dynamic and acrobatic workshop will have you doing front and back flips, spinning and orbiting, and partnering to create an aerial dance.

PREREQUISITES
Strong double kneehang and double armhang under the bar, able to perform a pullover, and hold a 10 second hip balance.
DESCRIPTION
1. DYNAMICS ON TRAPEZE
*Available in Level 1 or Level 2*
Learn circles, spins and drops. This workshop teaches the foundations of all rotational tricks!
2. WEAVING & WINDING
*Available in Level 1 or Level 2*
In this workshop students will learn combinations that require smooth continuous movement as they snake, wind and roll around the trapeze. Using familiar tricks, learn to sew them together with new and interesting transitions.
3. IN THE ROPES*
*Intermediate / Advanced
Learn to wind the ropes around you, create crosses, and transition between shapes up in the lines. Many sequences are inspired by classic silks combos, so this is also a great workshop for silks students looking to explore trapeze.

PREREQUISITES
Level 1 workshops:
Ability to mount the bar, perform a pullover, a kneehang, and a 5sec flexed arm hang in lines. Minimum 6 months of aerial experience.
Level 2 Workshops:
1+ years of bar apparatus recommended. Strong inversion under and above the bar.
DESCRIPTION
LEARN TO FLY HIGH ON THE SPANISH WEB
Students will get the chance to climb and be spun while high in the air. Spanish web allows the performer to be locked in using a hand loop, and spun around in circles while creating beautiful shapes.
This workshop will also teach the basics of spinning the web from the ground. This makes it the perfect partner workshop for circus friends!

PREREQUISITES
Basic climb on rope or silks. Confidence hanging from the silks or a bar by both hands for 20+ seconds. Basic silks skills like a foot lock and a hip key are beneficial.
DESCRIPTION
LEARN HOW TO FLY WITH YOUR FRIENDS!
Students will learn the basics of aerial partnering, including how to safely hang off of each other, create shapes and poses, and transition between moves.
This workshop is for Intermediate students with at least one year of circus arts instruction on a bar apparatus preferably. This workshop can be offered on different apparatus including hoop or silks.

PREREQUISITES
Kneehang on a bar for at least 15sec, a pullover, a 20 sec double arm hang, the ability to invert in the air.
DESCRIPTION

In this workshop students will learn pathways that flow seamlessly from one to the next. Using familiar tricks but sewing them together with new and interesting transitions.
2. ROLLS, CIRCLE & DROPS
Learn rolls, circles and drops. This workshop teaches the foundations of all your favourite dynamic and rotational tricks!

PREREQUISITES
These workshops are designed for experienced beginners or higher. Sequence options will be chosen based on the level of experience, with more advanced options for the more experienced.
Level 1: 6 mos – 1 yr aerial experience

DESCRIPTION
PUTTING TOGETHER THE PUZZLE PIECES: Creating Unique Sequences using Basic Skills
Students will learn how some of their more basic skills and tricks can combine to create exciting choreography and unique sequences and drops.

DESCRIPTION
LEARN TO COACH + SPOT SAFELY AND WITH CONFIDENCE
One day and two day course are available for experienced students looking to transition into coaching, or for existing coaches who want to sharpen their skills and spotting technique. Single day courses can explore specific skills and spotting techniques, where the two day course covers a broader set of skills.
These trainings can be offered for Trapeze, Hoop, Aerial Silks or a combination.
LENGTH: Half day, Full day and multi-session options
MAX CAPACITY: 6-12 students depending on skills being covered.
PREREQUISITES
It is recommended that students have no less than 2 years of regular aerial training to begin teacher training.
DESCRIPTION
One-on-one and small group classes are available upon request on any apparatus listed in the workshops section. Students can request to learn specific skills, or let me come up with fun new skills and sequences to add to their repertoire.
PREREQUISITES
Private lessons are for all levels. Skills worked on will be matched to each students current experience.
